When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your items are ready to ship. We will send you an email notification of the charge.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.

Will you ship an item to a job site or third party location?

Yes, when requested, we will ship to a job site or third party location for a $50 fee.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, for in stock items, we can offer same day shipping for a $100 fee. Call us at 1-800-821-6583 to determine if your item is in stock.

What is your return policy?

No material is to be returned without our written permission. When permission to return materials is granted, all transportation charges are to be prepaid and a normal 25% handling charge will be assumed by the customer. Credit will be issued based on price in effect, or purchase price, whichever is lower. All material must be in first class saleable condition and credits will reflect a deduction for any original freight allowance. In special cases we reserve the right to increase the percentage of handling charges. We do not purchase surplus inventories.

What is your product warranty?

Can you invoice me?

Yes, we will invoice upon request for any orders totaling $50 net or more.

Do you do custom castings?

Yes, our Kansas City, Missouri foundry can accommodate your custom aluminum (319, 356) castings up to 50 pounds.

What is your policy for custom orders?

Custom orders will be subject to receipt of a signed written order and shipment immediately upon completion. Cancellation will be subject to the cost of material and labor involved.
